I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and this was my first time ordering through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and confusing. I paid more to order online, but my child’s meal did NOT include a drink—even though the menu clearly states “Kids Meal w/ Drink.” On top of that, I was told I had to pay extra for sauces that are normally included with meals when ordering in person. There is nothing on the menu or posted anywhere that explains a difference between in-store and online orders. If items are removed or changed, that should be clearly communicated to custo

Came here because I’ve had good experiences in the past. However, I ordered the steak and chicken, which was $16 with no drink. This was all of the meat that was included. The rest was all veggies and rice. When I asked about it, they said “yeah sorry that’s how it always is. 3oz of chicken and 3oz of steak.” Either way, it wasn’t 3oz of either. They didn’t offer any other alternatives. Will not be back.

This is what a left over looks like. Chicken and shrimp hibachi. Check your orders they didn't even offer a new plate. Refunded never buying again here this plate is $15.99 and the food has no teriyaki sauce and the worst part is not even that good people don't buy her just go to your regular Chinese place this has not even 1 stars of Japanese cuisine standards. OVERRATED

The only good hibachi that I’ve ever found here in Garner is this place! It is really more of a takeout type atmosphere but great tasting food, quick delivery, and very reasonable price. The portions that I have received have always been more than I expected at this price point But I normally do chicken or chicken and shrimp. Each time the amount of food was all I wanted and with a little bit left over. Again, taking the price point in consideration I think it is a great value. If you want a full plate of shrimp you should probably budget more and go to a restaurant like Kanki.
