I recommend the huevo con chorizo (eggs with chorizo sausage) breakfast platter because it is authentic and delicious. I find myself craving it often. I always get that with a side of crema and queso (sour cream and cheese). It doesn't come with it, but it costs about $2 to $3 more. They are able to adjust sides and ingredients. First off this is my first time eating at this place and I can assure you that you should go elsewhere. To start off we ordered the sopa de res and ordered a side of yuca for carry out. When we got home we were stunned by how undercooked the meat was. The meat of the soup was red and when we called to get a refund they had the audacity to say that the meat was completely cooked and that the reasoning to why it was red is due to the seasoning. It is what it is, it’s aight. Like most places with too many menu options most of them aren’t good. Pupusas y sopas and stuff like that are good, order a T-bone steak though? Just throw it straight in the trash
