Generally good. However I have learned if you need to be in and out of there in less than 25 min for togo you might be waiting 20-30 min for a single meal when it's busy. They need better training or leadership needs to assess procedures. The employees are hustling not say they are lazy.

I have only been to this establishment 4 times. All 4 times they have gotten my order wrong. don't get me wrong the staff is nice and the food is good. but for whatever reason they can not get my order right. I am always missing something. today I ordered a bacon burger with large fries and onion rings. it even shows on my receipt that this is what i ordered. they gave me my bag. there were no fries. I had to park and go inside and get the fries. later it turns out that there was bacon on the bacon burger. food taste good but highly disappointed that they never get my order right.

Years ago this place used to be sparkly clean, but now a days the employees don't greet you anymore, stains remain in place weeks at a time. You wait and wait hoping someone bats an eye to take your order or even say Hi. The food is still good tho so that's great.

I gave 5 stars all the way bc of Mr. Everett!. He’s the best. Every time I come to whataburger he’s in high spirits, attentive and respectful. Shows it’s not just a check for him he’s in it for customer service and making people feel good. You should really re interview high for a higher position!. I’m sure yall would never have complaints after that move.
