Tarfu G★★★★We recently tried Sal’s Gilbert Pizza and had a bit of a mixed experience. The pasta was great and definitely a highlight, and the pizza was good overall. The service was amazing staff were friendly, attentive, and really did their best. Unfortunately, the wait time was a major downside. We were originally told 30 minutes, but it ended up being 1 hour and 21 minutes, which was pretty frustrating especially since we live far away. Because of that, we’re not sure we’d make the trip again, but we do appreciate the quality of the food and the excellent service.

B-RAD★One of the worst slices of cheese pizza in Arizona. It was undercooked, the sauce was not tasty and the pizza flopped like the NY giants. Being from NY, trust me, get something else here. The Sicilian slice was a bit better, but something wrong with the sauce they use. Lunch "special" is $11. Not so special.

You are able to sit in any of the two sides of the restaurant. They offer outdoor seating but it appears it's for larger parties. The tables are long. I order the lunch combo: 1 cheese slice, 6 garlic knots and drink for $10.88 after tax. The staff brought my pizza slice and informed me my garlic knots would be out soon since they were making a fresh batch. The marinara sauce was missing some salt but they had table salt so that was an easy fix. My food w
