The açaí bowl I got was mostly frozen, like something you’d get out of the freezer isle and the “granola” was a crumbled up Nature Valley bar. I haven’t been this disappointed in food in a long time. I also was waiting at the window so long that I thought there had to be an additional window I missed, so I pulled forward, there was no second window, so I had to back all the way back up. Even then, no one opened the window to take my payment for several more minutes. (And when I came I was the only customer at the store.) THIS IS A PHOTO OF THE REMADE FOOD. First person to make my food burnt every piece of red pepper it was straight BLACK and the whole Dilla’ tasted BURNT. Jose remade it… and this is what I got. The same thing just the onions are also just as bad. Literally tastes like charcoal. Very disappointing experience Edit: so there was a response from the owner that is now gone and my refund still has yet to be processed . They charged me twice for food I couldn’t even eat

Went here to meet a friend for a refreshing drink and got refreshing service also. The girl Alexa served me with the biggest smile and super positive attitude! Both drinks were made very quickly and served with that same great smile and attitude! Thanks Alexa for bringing back “service with smile”! Its been absent from a lot of places! Will definitely go back there because of her!
