At approximately 7:45 pm 6/15 I took my son to get ice cream to celebrate after his baseball game. Little did I know i would be witnessing the most disgusting management/team lead behavior I have ever seen in person. I dont know the name but she was blonde young adult. A manager is someone who supports, guides, informs and is a helping hand to those around them. This girl was demonizing, condescending, totally disrespectful and flat out RUDE to her staff. This place is hit or miss 🫠. Food quality either super dry or it's good. Service is meh or great. Speed is usually good but can be very slow at times. Often closes around 7pm or 8pm, despite that it should be 10pm. Employees looking at their phones while still waiting for food. I just never know with them.

Usually end up cleaning your own table if you eat inside. Chicken strips are basically two nuggets melded together.
