Saw their truck parked near my place in Gilroy and decided to look them up. I had been putting off this small but annoying issue with my car for months—it just wouldn’t start right sometimes. They diagnosed it pretty quickly, found the problem, and sorted everything out without any fuss. No long waits or drama, which was nice. Honestly, I was surprised at how simple it all turned out to be.

I'm not big on fast food and I don't eat it very often. It's way overpriced and not worth the health risk lol! Now the food is usually always good at Burger King, ( IF YOU LIKE BURGER KING) but the customer service here is really lacking. Everyone there is rude and they don't want to work and would rather be somewhere else just by their attitude. No thank you or have a nice day, i don't even think the person who served me even looked at me. They wouldn't be able to pick me out of a lineup. They just give you your food and.... NEXT customer. Smh

Just wasted 17 minutes in Drive-Through with only 3 cars ahead of me. What the heck is going on, at least apologize for the slow service. I was about to drive off if not having ordered for my kid. Another car already drove off behind me. If an order is complicated have them pull out and tell them you’ll bring it out like the rest of the industry does it, then move on with the rest of your customers.

Came here with family to have lunch and boy will this be my last time. I've ordered a kids meal for my kids (chicken nuggets) and they were not good at all this time around. They were so bad that both my kids got food poisoning. They have been throwing up and getting chills. I believe those nuggets were either expired or the oil was already due for a change. Sad to give bad review but you guys need to change your oil frequently.
