Just a simple request, can't be fulfilled. It may not be worth a complaint but I wanted to add oreos to my strawberry shake. The lady at the window gave me a total then said the manager told her they were not aloud to... I'd of paid extra but you already have the ingredients.... idk it's hot and im angry. Usually don’t have problems at this location but highly upset that I was given a broken cup and I didn’t notice on my late night drive home that it was broken till I got to my destination.

So I wasn’t able to upload the picture that I took of my food, but I always loved Jack-in-the-Box eggrolls. I mean that was like one of the menu items that I knew that was going to be made hot and fresh and I like the taste the quality the size until today when I got my eggroll, it was Tiny. I will no longer will be buying the eggrolls at Jack-in-the-Box how do you want me to pay you the same amount of money for less food when it comes to their curly fries is usually a hit or miss you can get them hot Or Like room temperature as if they’ve been under a heated lamp

Usually my experiences at fast food restaurants are OK. But today I managed to get amazed. Food was very hot and fresh. Everything correct. Came out fast. Friendly employees
