I just went to pick up my mobile order and I ordered a whopper plain with xtra ketchup because they never put more than a quarter size of ketchup on a big whopper, so double that quarter size is the perfect amount…well as I always do, I checked my food before leaving and there was no ketchup. I got the ladies attention at the window and told her NICELY that I asked for xtra ketchup, and I was given no ketchup and handed her my sandwich to fix. She came back and handed me my food and I said thank you and then another lady stormed up to the window and said you asked for plain with no ketchup and

First thing first; Food is good , at least it’s one of the Burger Kings in the area that I like most . Specially on the classic Whopper . The service it’s average , they are good guys , just need motivation . I believe this store needs a “refresh” style in Decoration , because it keeps an old style which. Is out of date as you can see in another stores . Needs signage and outdoor lighting . It looks like a old place . It’s clean . And I don’t have complains. Just need more love from the business owners.

fry's were over cooked, whopper meat was dry like it has been sitting there for hours n the buns were old . It was lunch time everything should have been fresh. I do love the lady that took our order n the rest of the team outstanding.

Bought a double Texas Whooper meal which came out horrible from appearance and taste. The meat was not grilled but more like microwave. It was soggy!!! Where is the bacon?! A hamburger would have tasted better. This is a franchise operated by a very stingy owner! Condiments is extra! The last time I was here I ordered two orders of cookie and they forgot it. They wanted .25$ for sauce? The place looks rundown and not well maintained. It needs a major makeover and new owner / management.
