E Q★Before today I would have given them 3.5 stars, but today's interaction has changed that. For over a year now I've picked up the same digital meal for my son, once a week. As the meal comes with a small drink I always request a change at the drive thru order station and pay an extra $1 to upgrade to a large drink at the widow. The difference between a small drink and a large drink is $.70 before tax, $.76 with tax, which is less than $1. Today the person at the windows told me I had to pay $2 extra for the large drink.
