“I was a customer at this Starbucks at 10:30 AM. I ordered a drink, and inside the store, there was one Mexican employee, one Black American employee, and one White American employee. The three of them did not interact with each other at all, and I had to wait a very long time. After an hour, the White employee just said, ‘Enjoy your drink,’ with zero emotion, and didn’t explain why it took so long for just one drink. The customer before me only had one drink as well, and they also waited 10 minutes. I hope the store manager can address this and get the staff working together.”

I had one of the most unexpectedly heartwarming experiences at Starbucks this morning around 7:55am in the drive-through, and I can’t stop thinking about it. I came here when my mother was in town and we enjoyed our coffees and teas in the cafe area. It was clean, lively (in a good way), and the staff was very friendly. Multiple people said hello to us when we came in. Alexis who helped us at the register was incredibly kind and the barista who made our drinks, Riley, was fast and skilled. Definitely will come back to this Starbucks!
