Justin S who is a very polite very friendly guy and makes my visit an enjoyable time appears to be on his business making this location look better! I was in the drive-through and ordered a ultimate burrito and asked that they do not burn my eggs like they did the first time I ever went to this restaurant. Well they did it again this time I had one and a half tater tots, burnt eggs, burnt bacon, just a whole bunch of slop I get out and go in the restaurant is filthy. The manager is rude. The assistant manager is rude. This place is horrible. I would advise everyone to stay away. Never eat here. The cashier mistakenly selected mozzarella sticks instead of onion rings for my side. I corrected her, and she informed the kitchen of the mistake. When I asked about the price difference, she was unsure and brought the general manager, Justin, to the window. He told me the items were the same price. I checked online and confirmed they were not the same price. When another employee, who identified herself as a manager, brought my order to the window, I explained the incorrect charge. She re-rang the order and confirmed the correct total should have been $9.19, not the $11.25 I was charged. I
