We had our first Oak to Ember experience the other night, and we’re generally favorably impressed. The cocktails were excellent,m - I think I have found a new favorite in The Buzz - and the tuna tartare appetizer was terrific, served with house-made potato chips which was a really nice touch… and there were enough of them!!. It disappeared fast enough that I failed to get a picture of it, but it was ample. Our dinners were very good - loved the ribs, and my wife liked the salmon very much. The flourless chocolate cake had good flavor but was more dry and less “fishy” than I hope for in my har

Five of us enjoyed excellent meals at Oak to Ember! They had a nice selection of alcoholic drinks and beers as well as dome non-alcoholic choices. The kale salad was an excellent addition to our meal. My wife loved the salmon with smoked artichokes and a delicious beet sauce. I had the baked haddock which included roasted potatoes, both if which were in a fabulous wine sauce similar to newburgh style. Others enjoyed the monk fish, steak and fish and chips.

Very disappointed with my experience at Oak to Ember. We paid over $200 for lunch and the food was honestly terrible. The pasta arrived cold, the potatoes were completely soaked in oil, and I ordered what was supposed to be picanha steak, but what I received was a tiny, dry piece of meat that was clearly not the cut I paid for. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality, presentation, and overall experience. Unfortunately, it was not worth it at all. With $200, you can easily find a much more comfortable restaurant with far better food and service. I would not recommend this pl

We had 4 different meals and all were fantastic. Pork chops were almost two inches thick and perfectly cooked, finished in a wine reduction. Half chicken was great. Salmon was perfect. And I don't remember what my wife's dish was. It was so good she wouldn't share. Service was on point.
