This was one of the finest Starbucks experiences I’ve had! Not only was the coffee perfect, but the people truly made it special. One of the baristas, Jayden, a young and very talented staff member, was incredibly helpful and kind. We had an amazing conversation, and he even shared a quick story about his mother with me—it really brightened my day. Sometimes it’s these little interactions that mean the most. Starbucks consistently hires such wonderful people, and this location is proof. It’s not just about the coffee here—it’s about the people who make the experience so memorable.

It’s 112° in Arizona today. I walked into Starbucks sweating and asked for a cup of water. I was told I had to place an order because it’s a new policy. WOW. I worked for Starbucks for years while I was in college, and we never turned someone away from a cup of water in Arizona summer heat. Water. The strawberry açai does not taste like strawberry açai taste like pure water recently. I’ve been there multiple times and my drink still comes out the same. I have expressed my concerns about my drink, tasting like water.

I stopped here because my daughter was taking a test just around the corner the girl that took my order was great. But the one that gave me the order was having a bad day. She gave me my tea. I waited because I order a pastry. She's like what are you waiting on. I said my pastry she smack her lips. She went to put pastry in the small oven and she dropped it on the counter. I was like wow.!!! I just left truw it in the trash. Hit and miss this place
