I came to the Goshen store for lunch yesterday and met Emily and Ariana. Both very sweet. This morning I was collecting my groceries and I think I was staring. Ariana, not even working, asked me how my day was. I don’t get around like I used to so this young lady helped me put my groceries into my cart when I was at checkout, and then into my car. Sam M★I was disappointed with the quality of service. We made an order online, Were told that it’s ready. Only 1 out of 3 registers were open. I finally get to the open register and was being assisted by a cashier named “Hope”. I was disappointed as I showed her my order confirmation and she said “she doesn’t know and that “thinks” it’s not ready”. What really upset me is that she took absolutely no initiative to find out what is the status of my order and completely ignored me and proceeded to help with the next person in line behind me.
