“The food is amazing and the employees were very nice!”

Remember when McDonald's was a treat and the food was good? This isn't that. Employees don't care. Lucky if my order is correct. It's just not worth the money. I don't even think a dollar menu could save this place. Fast food in general just isn't appetizing anymore. It's sad.

I’ve been two this McDonald’s twice this week and both times I’ve been there, I never got Big Mac sauce. I showed them the burger and they replaced it with a box Mac with no sauce again and guess what, I gave them the burger and got another one without Big Mac sauce both times this week. It is not rocket science to remember how to make a burger, I can’t believe I have to wait 10 minutes till I actually get my food on my 30 minute break

Ordered on mobile app- sweet tea and 20 pieces McNuggets and fries I even ordered extra sauce. Didn’t get any sauce. Staff said they were out of sweet tea(which I get charged extra for tea)My fries were ice cold and stale. Staff at window was yelling and groaning so loud I could hear it outside the drive thru window. If you hate your job don’t work there and don’t take it out on my food and I spend extra money on sause and didn’t even get it… if you have employees that don’t like their job FIRE THEM!!! My food shouldn’t be a way for these employees to release their anger. Money wasted on stuf

This is one of the worst McDonald's in our area. I quit going there because they are completely slow and never can get orders right. I went to run some errands and my wife who is at home wanted a diet coke. As usual I went through the drive-thru and said it very clearly because they have a habit of getting it wrong and giving me a regular coke. Never again will I go here. I should have tasted it before I left but didn't against my better judgement. I get home and sure enough regular coke. Absolutely ridiculous. My wife cannot have sugar and I don't drink soda. So again waste of my $2.
