Hands down the BEST customer service from McDonald’s from any location. No matter what time I go on my lunch break, the employees at this Ocoee location are amazing. Everyone is always so nice and smiling and polite. I really appreciate their hard working staff. The manager Christina is always so friendly and kind. Been to this location numerous times and never had a bad experience or a rude staff member.

This Mc Donald's needs new leadership. I've lived in this area since 1990 before this store existed and this is one of the slowest McDonalds I've ever seen. Whenever I go in the morning even when no one else is in line they take forever to ask owlrdge that I drove up and then have the nerve to ask for a few minutes. I had to drive off and leave and won't be going back. They need new management. Their slow and sorry on customer service.
