The manager Sandra was absolutely wonderful, I was literally short just .04 cents and she was so helpful and courteous and friendly! I’m not surprised the manager comes from a colombian background, she truly was so friendly and helpful to everything I needed help with! That’s respect! Thank you Sandra !

I have not been to this McDonalds in 3 months since every single time i come here, the coke is watered down and the fries are not cooked well. This is always the case. Well it is 3 months later, and still the case. The fries are not edible. This McDonald’s consistently gives a bad name to McDonald’s fries. Also, the fish sandwich tasted and looked horrible. I had to throw the whole meal away.

Typically I hate coming to this McDonald’s the staff is rude all of the time. The order is always messed up or I have to end up going back to get missing items. However today my visit started with a courteous employee name Joshua. He was engaging polite and answered my questions about the cookies that were missing from the menu. He greeted me and wished me a good day once he gave me my receipts. Then at the second window the gentlemen continued the elevated service. So thank you for changing my mind about this location. I do hope they continue with this service and morale!

You would think I would learn my lesson, but I have three kids that ask for it like kids do. Never worth it. Every single time they screw the order up. Didn’t get half my order, four drinks with no cupholder, drinks all have a couple cubes of ice, end up having to park and wait inside anyway despite using the app and drive thru. Don’t do it, they will waste your money and time, every time. And whoever is responding to these endless bad reviews (like the pic below) needs to be fired or if it’s the “owner” they need to be held accountable by the franchise, because that’s a shitty answer they’re
