11/10 service. I brought my 99-year-old grandmother here, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. We had forgotten her handicap placard and needed some extra help with parking and getting settled, and everyone was patient and generous. Stopped at Culver’s on Route 83 as a last minute treat after a really rough morning at work, and the experience completely turned my day around. I was greeted by the sweetest employee. I later called and found out her name was Hannah 🤩 She was so cheerful, patient, and genuinely kind. Her attitude alone put me in a much better mood. Not all Culver's are created equal. However, all Culver's have an elevated standard above ANY other fast-food joint. In terms of food quality, order accuracy, staff friendliness, and front-of-house cleanliness, this Culver's is one of the best out there. On top of all the praise, I normally hear folks complimenting the food's taste and quality while I'm there. It's all from top-down leadership, and Culver's got it all right!

They have gluten free buns and I love the bacon butter burger.. HOWEVER... when I order to go my cheese is NEVER melted... It's like they slapped it on and don't give it time to melt... That's my one and only complaint.
