I really don’t usually eat anything from McDonald’s because it’s not the healthiest option, but once in a while I’ll stop in for a coffee or hotcakes. Every time, there’s a 30-minute wait, the staff is unprofessional touching their hair, being rude, and ignoring customers—and the place is filthy. They also leave drinks sitting out so long that by the time customers receive them, they’re warm and watered down. This location needs serious improvement. Until then, I do not recommend coming here.

This place is absolute trash. The managers suck and don’t take responsibility in the safety of the customers and workers. There are always teenage kids crowding this place and they should have security. I came here with my young children and they got scared. This is suppose to be a family environment and I do not feel safe coming here whatsoever. The one time I come to this place, the nice young ladies who work there helped me with my orders, they are very helpful but I think the management needs to step it up in making this place what it used to be.

I am honestly so disappointed with my visit to this location. The place was incredibly messy, and it took way too long to get my food, which ended up being cold by the time it arrived at my table. I tried to talk to the staff about the issues, but they were not very friendly or helpful at all. It is definitely not the kind of experience I expect when stopping by for a quick bite.

The managers here needs improvement, an old lady manager was very rude and i see her yelling at her workers. But the workers are very nice and they got my food out fast. Also, I noticed several interactions between the managers and the workers that seemed very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the management takes steps to communicate with employees more respectfully in the future.
