Cookies were burnt but still raw inside. Received a cheese bread that we didn't order and that was burnt to a crisp. Calzones were undercooked. Called and spoke to manager offered to replace cookies but only if I pick up. My order was a delivery, not a pick up.

Order online picked up my order, didn’t realize we got home started eating that my girlfriend had jalapeños which were never requested and don’t get to enjoy her own meal nor could we figure out the situation of refund for said calzone.
