Just wanted to give a shout out to the team working last night (March 15, 2026) right before closing! Our robotics teams had just competed in the NJ State Championships (and one qualified to go to the World Championships!!) and we sent 20+ individual orders online for pick up. On the way, one of the buses had hit a bump, causing our equipment to smash the back window. They had repack into one bus, so we sent a few parents to pick up the food. The Shake Shack team were so welcoming and did not complain about the late orders, helped us sort everything out, and even helped load it into the van! T

I went for lunch with my husband and the food was so fresh and taste so good. The best part was the customer service. Andre was amazing his customer service was good. I felt very welcome here. I'm from VA and the closest Shake Shack is around 4 hours away so whenever the opportunity presents itself I can't pass it up. From quality to service they always get the job done. The fact I'm even giving a fast casual chain a review tells you all you need to know. One of the best burgers in the game.
