I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially because I understand what it’s like to work in customer service and to have a bad day. However, this seems to be a consistent issue every time I visit Hot Head Burritos in Green. The atmosphere and service are almost always the same. The last several times I’ve been here, it has taken 15 minutes or more just to make an entrée and move the line, while it often appears that employees are ignoring customers. HHB in Green is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Northeast Ohio. The customer service is out of this world! This place is similar to Chipolte, however some of the food items are better some are not. The meat is not very good, it is a lower quality, but the salsas, vegetables, and sauces are really good. I would try this place again as the staff was friendly and helpful and they made the food very quickly. I would try a different meat though, I do not recommend the "steak", it was more like stew meat.
