If there was ever an indicator of prices being too high, Five Guys is it. I hadn't had Five Guys in several years, so I had been looking forward to having it again. I recalled really liking Five Guys when I first tried it many years ago, along with subsequent visits. I ordered 3 burgers (2 regular, and one little), 1 large fry, 1 fountain drink, and 1 shake, and all of that wound up being over FIFTY dollars. This, in my opinion, is wildly overpriced for a mid-tier fast food burger. The burgers themselves were flavorless and require the toppings to give them any kind of decent taste. The fries

I really wanted to express my gratitude and sincerity to this location and especially their GM Tiffany. We had a little bit of a mixup with a delivery order. Tiffany not only took care of our whole order, she personally worked with and coached her team the whole time. That is true leadership and a great example of customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers not just because of the great food, but because they went above and beyond for us. Thank you Tiffany !

I didn’t even eat. I’m here picking up an order and one female employee in particular was just incredible. I was having a really depressive morning and her cheer and humor and overall niceness nearly had me crying when I least expected it.. The kindness alone.. People like this are PRICELSS and businesses should do whatever they can to retain employees like this ❤️🥹 Thank you guys for reminding me there’s good people in this world. You never know who needs that niceness 😭
