I lost my grandfather and was feeling pretty low as I was shopping. Last night, Feb. 7th, I was a bit confused with the app and had an issue with the receipt, so I went to customer service. The employee that helped me was Lisa and she was very respectful and helpful. I had the old app and she was very polite at informing me to get the new one and how I could use the bar code to scan at the register. As i was leaving the store she said "Miigwetch" and that caught me off guard because thats how you say thank you in my language, Anishinaabe/Ojibwe. I left that store feeling like my spirit just ha

Parking lot sucks but. All the employees are great the food quality is very good. And this location 9 out 10 have all the items in the sales ad in stock. This makes me very happy with the cost of gasoline 😊

Fantastic place to go shopping. A wide variety of just about everything for the table. Brings joy to me every time I shop here. This is the only place I will shop at from now on for all my grocery needs. Love the app as well. My favorite is the weekly digital coupons. I just wish it was across the street from me. I would then go shopping everyday if the week and get the freshest food that me and my family need.

I shop at Metro Market mainly for convenience, it's my weekly go-to, and I'm very familiar with the layout and where everything is. They generally have a good selection of produce and items are rarely out of stock, which I appreciate since consistency matters when this is where I shop regularly. That said, some staff often seem bothered or disengaged, and my most recent personalized cake order was disappointing and looked rushed. Not all of the staff are like this, many are great - but there's clear room for improvement. I'll continue shopping here, but it's unfortunate the experience isn't st
