Killian Wares★★★★★A classic old school dinner. They have American classics and unique specials, they rewrite the specials (breakfast and dinner) everyday so there is always something new on the menu. The prices are extremely fair and if it is a little more expensive you are gonna get a lot of food! I've been coming here for years and will continue to come! If you are looking for a spot to become a regular this is the one.
Brenda Kay Locklear-Holleman★★★★★My new new favorite little diner!!! Excellent home cooked food!! The menu i posted is everyday menu. But they also have a huge Special Menu through week.
Tim Desrochers★★★★This place is a time capsule. Down home cooking at its best. We went on a Wednesday for Fried Chicken Wednesday's. More chicken than you can eat, bread, and 2 sides for $11!!! The chicken was outstanding. Hot, juicy, and not oily. I had the dark meat chicken (5 out of 5), pinto beans with onions (4 out of 5), mashed potatoes and gravy (3 out of 5) and jalapeno cornbread (3 out of 5). But the hospitality and environment made it all a great visit. I come to Greensboro for a week a month and this place will be going into the rotation, as long as my cholesterol stays under control :)
Envizion Photography★★★Hmm, this was a tough one to rate. Personally I enjoyed the staff and down home country feel of the place. I'm a southern boy myself so good old fashion country I do well at times. The downside was the food was not impressive. It was okay but not much to talk about. There were dishes that I really enjoyed and other that I thought were more of something I'd find further north where taste isn't as important. Overall the food was good enough to go back for specific menu items but others just lacked in flavor. To be fair my son said that the cheesesteak was a close second for him. He has one in m
