Leigh N★★★★★We recently stumbled upon the Marathon while visiting the art gallery next door. To our embarrassment, we had driven past it for over a year, assuming it was closed due to its dimly lit interior and lack of visible parking. As lovers of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, we excitedly ventured in to give it a try. To our delight, we discovered a hidden gem that we had been missing out on for far too long! The restaurant offers an extensive menu, ranging from traditional Greek dishes like chicken kabobs and gyros to more familiar options like burgers, salads, and pizza. The homemade Greek salad d
Rodrigo Madrigal★★★★★Amazing customer service, the owner even greeted us and told us to get comfortable which tells me a lot about this restaurant. Food was amazing I got the gyro sandwhich and the fries. The only thing is that it looks closed from the outside and when I told people about this place they think it’s closed to maybe that’s something they can work like a better outside ambient or atmosphere, but overall will definitely be coming back.
Kimberly Nelson★★★The gyro platter was mostly delicious. It came with gyro meat, a side salad, pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and potato salad. The potato salad lacked flavor and the meat was quite oily. We also tried the Athenian chicken which was okay. The atmosphere is unique and is not necessarily indicitive of Greek cuisine. Plus, the interior is outdated and food is served on styrofoam. Employees were very friendly and honestly hoped we had enjoyed our meal. Overall, good food and friendly service.
Zenia Buffaloe★★★★★Decided we wanted to try something different, again. We weren't sure where to park at first, so we parked in the back lot behind the restaurant where you turn in on. You can also park street side. There is quite a bit of room inside and the walls have wood interiors. I wasn't sure if I went into the right entrance door or not because it was a small width hall that has the bathrooms to your left as you walk in. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our beefsteak. Oh, did I mention this is a Greek restaurant?
