In the car on the way home we realized that unlike the McDonald’s at Madison and County Line Rd., this BK has NEVER screwed up our order. Staff is courteous, service is quick, food is prepared as expected and I don’t have to “pull up to parking spot 9” and wait for 15 minutes to find that my order isn’t even correct. Suck it, McDonald’s! We’re a BK family from now on!

Went to this burger King today at 1:30 pm in the drive through.. while ordering.. the young lady was taking my order when what seemed like she was cut off by an older elderly lady... I drove around paid for my order.. I was met by a wonderful young lady.. shortly after getting my first drink.. my food was handed through the windows by an older more senior lady when I asked about my 2nd drink she very rudely cut me off and said It's comming.. now it took everything me and my girlfriend had not to be extremely rude.. what's more is we ordered a LG strawberries and creme frozen fanta drink.. we r

I came in at 6am on Sunday (12/28)to get a cup of coffee. After being greeted with a "who are you with?" I was told the coffee would take 3 minutes. After waiting about 15 minutes and noticing other orders being taken, I asked for s refund and never got my coffee. No apologies from the staff. The manager or whoever she was acted like they were just too busy to make coffee. I'll never visit this restaurant again. Horrible service.

I stopped by this morning on my way home from an appointment. I ordered 2 croissanwhiches and a small hashbrown. The lady at the window wasn't very friendly, it seemed as though you were understaffed, there were two cars barely pulled up in front so I had to pull to the side and wait. I totally understand being understaffed and busy, but it was very disappointing when one of my sandwiches had mold on it, I through them both away. Such a disappointment 😞 and frustrated. I don't have money just to throw down the trash. Service has definitely went down hill.
