Frederick Sims★Tried to order via DoorDash for ice cream for my wife and myself. Order was cancelled with no additional information. When I called to see what the reason might be, I was told it was because "their store was very busy right now". I clarified that if I came up there myself I could pick up an order I placed over the phone. HOW IS THIS ANY DIFFERENT? Terrible customer service experience today. Be better

The first ice cream just tasted like plain vanilla or soft serve. When I got to the second scoop, it was better I tasted a few pieces of cookie dough and that was it. Will not be going back. We did not want to go back thru the drive thru lane bc it was really busy.
