Lee★★★★★Noticed people have the energy to complain but never to give praise when it’s due-only in America I guess. This Chipotle makes my bowls large enough, I’ll eat half for dinner and the rest the next day. The crew they have are extremely friendly and that’s what keep me coming back. From the comments about the store being messy, I’ve been here enough to know that’s only when customers don’t throw their trash away. Yes, the employees will clean it up but if they are hit with a rush, they try to get everyone their food and then clean up right afterwards in between surges. People just love to compla
Gavin Strong★This location has gone way downhill. I got like a half burrito today. Asked them to remake it to a real size burrito and they were put off. Threw it away anyway because it tasted like someone dumped a gallon of lime juice in the rice. It wasn’t edible. When we walked in, most of the employees were on their phones - with food gloves on - then never changed the gloves out before grabbing cheese and lettuce with their hands. Update: Based on the response from Chipotle below, I contacted them on their website a month ago. Still haven’t gotten a reply. Looks good to try and look like you care. It’
SamIam★★Updating my review came here today at 11:03 AM 5/10/2026…..totally different experience from my last visit not gonna say anything bad but I hope it’s not just a one time good experience restaurant. It said the host was Isabella again, but this was a totally different person the person who made my taco look like the same person from the last time. I did not enjoy my visit my second trip here I’m gonna give it another try and after that, then I will determine if this is a good spot at this point… I hope it will be a better visit like my first.I usually go to the chipotle at 3116 North Pleasantb
YunsAvatar★★★★The entire industry of pseudo-Mexican places like this has been in freefall for years now. They are all raising prices and lowering quality. Somehow, despite all of that, this one seems to be holding up decently. The quantity and quality of food were pretty good. Perhaps they should get some slightly bigger bowls to allow people to mix their food a little, but it was a pleasant surprise.
