When we come here there is always a good variety of frozen yogurt flavors and fun toppings. It a fun little thing we do as a family and my son always has a blast. The staff is always very friendly, kind, and helpful, particularly the most recent time we visited, a few days ago. I forgot my purse when we left so the young man ran all the way down to the museum to catch us and make sure I got it back, and I am grateful for the effort and consideration. We had made a number of stops that afternoon and figuring out where I left it would have been nerve wracking!

Frenzi is a good FroYo shop. It is very welcoming, kid friendly and clean with a variety of Froyo, shakes, ice creams, Italian sodas and other branded merchandise. Froyo flavors change often and has good selection of toppings. It says it has over 60 toppings but in my opinion I dont think so. I wish they had more healthier options of fruits (only strawberries, cherries & blueberries) but on occasions is a good dessert. Has a rewards program. On certain days they also have a BOGO of their FROYO to go on certain days. Has inside and outside seating with children table/chairs.

The store is directly adjacent and connected to an Italian restaurant, called Boccelli's, which makes it super convenient if you want to hop right over to get a meal before coming back to get a frozen treat. The place was a little noisy, but for the most parts the machines whirred quietly and didn't have any loud HVAC exhaust fans as some other FroYo shops have. The only drawback to mounting a Flavour Burst BIB pump is that it has an inaccessible touchscreen interface, though it was nice to see it anyway.
