Showed up at about an hour before closing on a whim after coming back from the hot springs and tbh it kinda slapped. Happy that not everything was covered in mayonnaise. Fried collars were really, really good. Staff checked in and were very nice. And they had The Lion King playing so I was kinda living a childhood dream ngl 5+ stars from meeeee.

The food was incredible like it always is. It is nap time filling and the vegetables are soft enough for this toothless man to be able to eat, but still have that delicious crunch to it. Definitely by far my favorite sushi place in all of Oregon and possibly the country. Thank you all once again for the incredible meal and thank you for always being consistent.

My first real sushi restaurant experience won't be my last. DELICOUS! Reasable "Happy Hour" prices (all day!). The colorful, helpful menu identifies which items have raw fish - and include enticing names like Tiger Roll, Dragon Roll, and Monster Roll!. These, and many others roll by on the sushi rail (think conveyor belt) which you grab your choices off on. So fun!

4/22/25 I did not know this place was there, it used to be a pizza place. I've been to Sushi Train restaurants before. Normally, these are nothing extraordinary, just run of the mill, grab a quick bite of mediocre sushi and leave. The first thing I noticed was that it was very clean, even the floor. There was a huge selection of sushi on the conveyor belt, even though it was between lunch and dinner. All of the sushi that I chose was very fresh.
