I requested a couple of empty cups for my two children, which is something I routinely do at ice cream shops to help prevent spills and make it easier for them to eat. When I asked, the two employees informed me that I would be charged for the cups. I was surprised by this, especially after spending nearly $50 on our order. Charging customers for a simple empty cup after a purchase of that size feels unreasonable and left me disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

Best Michocana premium out there. I enjoy coming to this location now compared to all the others. It's super convenient and close to six flags. The have an awesome rewards program. The staff is always kind and they're always fully stocked. I highly recommend!!

I found this place while visiting the area. The place is adorable and fun. I tried several samples of ice cream, yogurt, and fruit drinks and had the hardest time deciding since it was all so good! The employee was sweet. Since it was slow when I visited, we were able to chat about the business and process of making the ice cream. When I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back out!
