Every time we go through the drive-thru they get our order wrong. Like every single time. First drinks, we ordered a Minute Maid strawberry 🍓 and a Minute Maid grape 🍇. Got a regular lemonade and a strawberry. Next food, ordered specifically no lettuce, no onion and no mustard. Got lettuce on it. Wish the Gurnee location stayed open late since we would just go there instead. At least they can make an order right!

Stopped in while driving in the area. Ordered the "new original" Spicy Chicken sandwich. The weirdest description I've ever heard. If it's new, it's not the original. If it's the original it's not not new. Turns out it is new, and not the hunk the chicken it used to be. The original was about a half inch thick piece of breast meat. The new one is about a quarter inch thick patty. A huge disappointment. The fries were not great either. Both rank about a 5 of 10. Wendy's has slipped so far since the old "hot and juicy" days. So I came in the Wendy’s today for lunch and everything was going great. Food was OK for being fast food. Everybody was friendly but on their ice machine, they had stickers that said resist ice this is unacceptable These men have families and are out risking their life to keep our country safe have some respect
