This is the worst McDonald’s around here. I have given so many chances to this location but everytime I order something, it is always wrong and they make up excuses for the mistakes. Today was the last straw, I ordered 4 large lemonades and not only did they get the size wrong but they also watered it down completely. No other McDonald’s has given such bad service and quality like this one. Do not recommend going here.

Honestly every time I come here its a bad experience but this time it was bad enough that. Ordered through the app when the store is shut down for maintenance. they didn't shutdown the app or anything. Once i arrived with my app order the paper sign in sharpie said the store was closed for maintenance. I then saw a worker standing there and I asked how would I get the refund for my order? unfortunately the worker didn't understand my question and just said NO ORDERS RIGHT NOW. I said I know I cant order right now I just want to know how to get my refund. He repeated again no orders right now.

I used to LOVE this McDonald’s but lately not so much. 2 weeks ago, I paid for 6 breakfast sandwiches ( 4 egg McMuffin with cheese and sausage) (2 egg McMuffin with egg, cheese and bacon.) The egg with bacon wasn’t on the 2 for $6 deal so I paid $8 and change. I only got 3 egg McMuffin with sausage and 1 egg and bacon. Total 4 while I paid for 6 Friday 09/22/2023 I paid for 60 spicy nuggets, I only received 50. It’s 10 per box and when I got home I realized I only had 5 boxes. And now they don’t offer sauce anymore for the nuggets Now it’s 2 weeks in a row I pay for something and didn’t get it
