I went to the hamden location of taco bell today and couldnt help but leave a review. I was completely appalled by the way the staff was speaking to her employees. I ordered my food and then quietly waited for it to be completed. while i was there. i witnessed one of the managers screaming and harassing her employees to “hurry up and help the line” while she was actively not helping her employees. from what i could see, everyone was working and on task and my food only took 3 minutes so i personally dont understand why she felt the need to be so publicly shaming her staff. i asked one of the e

Place has room for improvement. Went inside and stood and watched employees playing on phones and just standing around until finally me staring at them prompted them to take my order. The soda machine was empty on every drink except Pepsi. Restaurant was dirty, not only in dining area but the kitchen also. The quesadillas only had meat and cheese in the very center. Food was good however and fresh.

I’m submitting this anonymously because I’ve seen ongoing unprofessional behavior from the manager Angaleea Scott at the Taco Bell located at 2320 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, CT. Every time she’s working, she’s yelling and screaming across the restaurant, speaking to employees in a disrespectful tone while customers are right there. It’s extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. During my visit on 11/13/2025, I witnessed her using her phone while wearing gloves on the food line, then continuing to handle food without changing them. That’s a clear food safety violation.
