Come on man! 1. Corporate needs to send this location some help because no matter what time or day , the drive thru wait is longer than it should be. I’ve waited 15 minutes before and once was in line for exactly 26 minutes. 2. Today I order a biggie bag with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and there’s no patty!!

Tough establishment to rate fairly, even after years of coming here. On the positive, I cannot recall them ~ever~ messing up an order of mine, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious (aside from some dried out nuggets during late night, but that's standard at every fast food place). With the deals available in the Wendy's app this is also good value for money. On the negative, service is S....L....O....W. Always. Honestly I like eating at this place but to tell you the truth their tenders is dark brown looking like a little bit burnt because it had been sitting there for a while and their sweet tea had lost its sweetness a bit but other than that they are really nice and friendly people especially the one who takes the orders to the one handling the food to you through drive thru. I would have given them a 5 star but these two things I listed above took away some of their 5 star mark. Thank you

Ordered a $8 "Biggie Bundle" while at the drivethrough. Got my pickup, saw chicken nuggets and a sandwich. It Should have been a bacon cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. REFUSED to fix it or give me a refund because i didn't have a receipt. I JUST WENT THROUGH THE DRIVETHROUGH. It should've either been fixed, or I should've been refunded the $2 price difference between the $6 and $8 combo meal prices. it's either malicious robbery or incompetence; your choice Wendys. won't be back again.
