Went at night on a Saturday around 8pm. Food was great. 5 stars easily. Hot and delicious. Took a while even though it wasn’t overly busy. Minus one star for the sticky floors and coke machine not working properly. Minus one star for no soap in men’s restroom. How did the men working wash their hands without soap?

Went around 1 am, waiting a good minute for the workers to take my order. They told us to wait a minute and we patiently waited and then the team lead finally took our order, I ordered the sliders and asked what came on it & was told whatever comes on the #5. I specifically asked if it came with pickles & the worker said no, and repeated themselves.When our order was finished they said "Next time you can use the self checkout instead of waiting for us" when the self checkout screen was on the clock in& clock out screen. In the midst of the fast food “chicken wars” I decided to give jacks grilled chicken sandwich a try. Well I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Normally I get the value chicken sandwich which at this point would’ve been much better choice. The grilled patty was small, way smaller than Wendy’s, chick fil a. It’s texture was very “thready” so to speak. Unless I just got a bad chicken-patty I was extremely unhappy with it. Would be willing to try again but I think I’ll pass. Also the fries, were cold and it seems the oil was old cause the fries had that crispy coating. Won’t return, at l

I never write reviews because usually it’s never this bad… but we ordered the nacho munchie meal and it didn’t come with the onion ring or the sauce, bottom bun was toasted but the top wasn’t. We also ordered a chicken tater melt munchie meal and the croissant was toasted for too long and was burnt. We didn’t get cheese on any of the tacos of the munchie meals.
