The two staff members working (a young guy and a young lady) were incredibly friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Our dozen donuts came out fresh and tasted amazing. At 7:45 on a Saturday morning, the case had 3 varieties, plus glazed. 30% of the regular donuts were disfigured on the conveyor. And a vague explanation of that's all we have " until we get going". The store opens at 6 AM. When exactly do you "get going" if you don't have donuts for breakfast? Dunkin Donuts just up the hill saved the day for our birthday treat. And they also served the other Krispy Kreme customers I saw coming into Dunkin. You know what Dunkin had? A FULL donut case will ALL selections, and friendly
Nigel W★No doughnuts at all NONE were hot or ready not even glazed doughnuts, the only ones they had were Santa doughnuts just terrible and they were horrible. The entire crew was in the back holding a conversation about life and they were very loud and you could hear the conversation. I hope corporate reads the review because this sucks. The manager was actually one of the ones in the back casually having a conversation 🤦🏽♀️
