Food: Kotobuki feels like a place that knows exactly what it does well and sticks to it. The menu is broad, but the sushi side is clearly the center of gravity. What stood out to me most is that even the more classic combinations still feel worth ordering here. The Sushi & Sashimi Combo and Sashimi Deluxe are built around the things you actually want from a reliable neighborhood sushi spot: good cuts of fish, enough variety to keep the meal interesting, and a few extra touches that make it feel more complete instead of just bigger. The menu also gives you plenty of room to go in different dire

One of the best Japanese dining experiences I have had — the sushi was outstanding and absolutely worth the long queue before the restaurant even opened. They do not accept reservations, so arriving early is a must. Every dish is perfectly portioned with fresh ingredients, and the dessert menu is not to be missed. The place is cozy and a little packed, but comfortable enough to enjoy the experience. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful when it comes to selecting the right dish. And do not leave without trying a sake!

Always a great experience at Kotobuki. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. They are always very accommodating to us, and even when they’re busy, we’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend for great sushi, great service, and an overall wonderful dining experience!

I took my daughter there after a softball tournament this Saturday, it's been years since I've been to this location but they're still doing things just right. We got the sauteed oysters and the Chilean Sea Bass appetizer. First, the oysters.... This is honestly one of the greatest things I've ever eaten. They are very lightly fried and then put back in the shell and served with melted garlic butter over the top, and it's insanely good. The sea bass has a sweet and savory miso glaze that pairs perfectly with the delicate fish. For my meal I went lite this time and got the crazy salmon roll, on
