It's a drive through coffee place so I can't say anything about the atmosphere. A girl walks to the driver side and started taking orders with a tablet. I guess this is to make it faster and smoother experience for everyone. By the time we got to the window, we confirm our order, and then we got our coffee. Took less a minute! We ordered a hot caramel macchiato. It is quite nice and smooth tasting. Would come back if we're in the area! P.S. Points for cutest dog on a coffee cup ever!

Be VERY, VERY, particular about your order. We found out the hard way that they don't list all the ingredients on the menu. Tried to order a Oreo shake and Nutella shake for my kids and got coffee in both. Didn't know until I was delivering it to them at home. I don't drink coffee either, so it's a complete waste. The last knew I was buying drinks to bring home, so I wonder who she thought I was bringing them home to?! No where on the menu does it list coffee under those items. I didn't have time to drive back, and there's no phone number to call them. Waste of money, and what was going to be

Bentley's is for sure the best coffee shop in Salem! I frequent the downtown location, but the other locations are great too! My favorite drink the is a blended sugar free PB mocha.
