Jonathan★Ordered on doordash, my drink was a frozen fanta cherry and it came half melted. Not only that, my order was supposed to come with large fries and it came with a small?? Burger and cookies were good but drink and fries were genuinely disappointing!
Sommayeh Heidari★The team member of drive-thru was so mean I wanted a small straw for my coffee but she acted so mean and ignored me the first time then I asked her second time she gave me something else instead also she didn’t give me any napkins with my ice cream cone customer service is awful. I don’t recommend anyone to go that location. They are acts as if they’re giving it to you for free. Also I ordered a hot latte coffee but she gave a cold coffee. Not satisfied at all.
John★To Whom It May Concern, I hope this message reaches the owner or upper management of this McDonald’s location, as what happened today was both alarming and concerning. Approximately 10–15 minutes before arriving, we called the store. The woman who answered was very kind and provided helpful information, including the toy promotion currently running. However, when we arrived, the employee who assisted us—who appeared to be the manager or shift lead—gave us a toy from “Elio” instead of the McDonald’s toy we had asked about. Christian Dean Mitchell★★★★A pretty 4 star experience. I often eat here as it's my local McDonald's. I 2 times now have had a hair I'm my food but I shrugg it off because it is FAST FOOD. Then sometimes I come at night and grab cookies made fresh because idk who wants to pay 3 bucks for a hard cookie.. then get attitude because they gotta actually heat up or make new cookies. I plan on having to wait. They should plan on someone ordering fresh cookies every now and then. Other than than lovely 4 star McDonald's
