Aris Mihalatos★Nice story and cute place but baklava was terrible. Dry like a rusk inside. I thought there was a cookie layer but it was just dry phyllo. Apparently the syrup was not absorbed by the phyllo. Cold/room temperature Syrup should be added to fresh/hot baklava. In the display it appeared to have so much syrup but I think they added it to cold baklava. It just swims in it, never absorbs.
Tejshree Borkhetaria★★★★★....so I saw the Instagram video and came....and this did not disappoint! I was so shocked to taste absolutely fresh and crispy phyllo that melts in your mouth. I got the Spanakopita, and it was stuffed with a delicious spinach and feta filling. Also tried the Afalli, and it was stuffed with toasted pistachios. Both were delectable and I would highly recommend anyone to go! Multiple vegetarian savory pies as well.
Alexia Sonberg★★★★★The baklava here is absolutely delicious. The work they put into keeping this craft alive definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. 10/10 I will make this a must-stop location anytime I’m in the city. Plus the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and descriptive.
Vemily★GREEK HERE 🇬🇷 this is an honest review: I am greek, born and raised in Greece. I tried this place based off recommendations, but the baklava and spanakopita does not resemble the greek one at all. They are flavourless in my opinion & a bit dry. Also very very expensive! The owner is a sweetheart, and the service is amazing, but nothing like the greek baklavas unfortunately.
