Edwin Ramos★Thirty years of loyalty ended with one unbelievable decision. I’ve been a Sacco customer for over 30 years, and today that loyalty meant absolutely nothing. A couple of months ago, a delivery driver carried my pizza bag tilted on its side, causing the slices to shift and overlap. I explained that pizza bags should always be kept level so customers receive their food as intended. Despite the poorly handled delivery, I still paid $20 for the pie. Today, instead of addressing that issue, the manager refused to deliver a pizza to me because the delivery driver allegedly no longer wanted to deli
