My husband and I have been coming here since it opened. We love how delicious their broths are. Their chashu pork is so tender and flavorful. Our to go order is always the fried chicken ramen, chashu ramen and an order of pan fried chicken dumplings, always hits the spot. Our favorite thing is how consistent their food always is. All the workers have always been so sweet and kind. We have celebrated birthdays, graduations and even wedding anniversaries here and have brought many new friends over. I first came here with family and it's one of the best ramen places in the area. They serve lots of dishes so you have multiple options. They have vegetarian options as well! I personally enjoy the beef udon which is rich with flavor, and the calamri karaage. They have 5 levels of spices to accommodate for any spice tolerances. Honestly, this isn't top quality Japanese ramen but it sure is delicious and warms the soul. It is more like the homemade feel, flavorful, plentiful and just plain comforting. My tonkotsu ramen was a level 3 spice which i wanted, and that was perfect. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth is so rich, and chashu was so delicious. Only the egg didn't impress me.
