I went through the drive-thru and ordered a bagel and a mocha frappuccino with coconut milk. I received 2-½ bagels and a runny mocha frappuccino that tastes bad. Other than receiving an extra half bagel, not a good experience. I’m only giving 3 stars because the person at the window was nice.

If I could 0 zero stars for the experience I had in store on 1/06/2026 I would. I placed an IN STORE mobile order for a food item at 1:59pm. I came inside at 2:15pm and even though my app stated my order was ready it was not on the IN STORE handoff counter. There was a barista with green streaks in her hair that was at the hand off plane; not paying attention to anyone coming in or out, gossiping with what appeared to be friends/coworkers who had just gotten off shift, waving her tip money around behind the bar, no acknowledgment of me standing there. I came here the day before yesterday around 12 something in the afternoon and did not have a good experience at all with the barista — Katie.I was in the drive-thru line with no cars behind me and just one car in front of me as I waited. She kept looking over directly at me, rolling her eyes and shaking her head. I picked up 4 coffee travelers (96 fl oz = 12 - 8 fl oz cups) for a Press Conference earlier today. This came with cups, lips, stir sticks, assorted sugars, napkins, creamer & non-dairy options. Everything was ready for me when I went to pick it up AND the barista helped me bring everything to my car. This location is clean, welcoming & so friendly!
