I asked for Dubai chocolate matcha with light ice this what they gave me and i told them it doesn’t look same i get that every single day they convinced me that it’s the same!!! I had to leave for my work. But that was horrible.

Over 15 mins waiting for a simple coffee. I was the only person in the lobby, I watched their order boad for my name. Over 20 different order names came in, jumped my name on the received, went to in process, then ready all before my order was started. What a joke of a store, no priority for real customers. Uber eats and door dash orders are made over people in the lobby.

Went through the drive-thru and received completely wrong drinks. When I politely brought it up, the barista was dismissive and flatly refused to remake them. No apology, no offer to help, just attitude. I understand mistakes happen — that's human. But refusing to fix them and treating customers rudely is a choice. I'll be driving a little further to a location that actually wants my business.

Ordered my cappuccino and egg bites via the app 10 minutes before arriving. Had to park at Dairy Queen because the drive through blocked all the parking. When I finally got inside to pick up my order I had to wait another 5 minutes (this was a 10:50 on a Monday). Coffee was gross and burnt tasting. Will use the Target Starbucks instead next time.
