You've been warned! Ordering online was very easy. My husband picked up our order and everything was okay. The guacamole was DISGUSTING, brown and not just on the top, grainy and absolutely no flavor. My son mentioned that he went to this location last Friday and it looked the exact same. What a waste. Maybe time to try a different franchise.

This was my first time visiting the Chipotle in Reston, and I was genuinely impressed. I was shocked—in the best way—by how generous they were with the portions; they were not holding back at all. It was an easy in and easy out experience, the line moved quickly, and everything felt smooth and efficient. The restaurant was clean, the kitchen area looked well kept, and the overall environment felt organized. On top of that, everyone was friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Fast, clean, generous, and welcoming—I’ll definitely be coming back.

06/09/2026 01:30pm This was easily the most disappointing Chipotle bowl I've received in the Reston/Herndon area. While prices have gone up, the portion sizes seem to have gone in the opposite direction. My veggie bowl looked noticeably underfilled and left me feeling like every scoop was being treated as if it were coming out of the server's personal pocket. I understand the importance of managing food costs and maintaining consistency, but customers also expect fair value for what they're paying. All Chipotle restaurants are my most favorite spot to eat in the world. This one is no exception. The food is great and has good portions and is reasonably priced. You'll need a number code I think maybe 5 digits to enter the bathroom at this Chipotle but I remember numbers no problem. Some might need a pen to write down the number somewhere.
