I’m definitely not new to KFC, but somehow this was actually my first KFC in US Wasn’t even supposed to be anything memorable honestly. Just another business meeting somewhere on the road, and the other person wanted wings. So KFC it was. But I gotta say… California really needs to calm down with this tipping thing. You walk in, order from a machine, barely talk to anybody, do half the process yourself — and then the screen still flips around asking for tips before you even touched your food. I don’t know. On January 23rd I went to KFC in Hesperia to get my mom and I food, I ordered from the KFC app a was told it was ready for pick up by the time I got there. I went up and talked to the employee at the counter giving my name to check the status of my order, I was told I had to give it a couple minutes. I sat at a very dirty table waiting for my food since none of the tables were clean in that restaurant. Eventually 20 minutes later I was told my food was ready for pick up the employee threw my food and drink on the counter and walked off; I wanted sauce and kept trying to get his attention. Fina

OSVALDO!!SHAME ON YOU!!! My food was horrible smashed and not what i ordered!!! When i contacted the store about my issue Osbaldo the “store manager “ suggested I call customer service and adress my issue, he did no offer any apology and suggested I check my order next time.. seriously? You got to be kidding me!! , the fries were cold and hard the chicken was striped and smashed into 1 bucket!!! Wow I’m so hurt that this gentleman treated me with disrespect!!! Kinda mixed opinion the chicken sandwich wasn't bad but look how plain it was good thing I asked for sauce because dammm they hardly put any mayo, . . The chicken nuggets where bad not just my orders but my wives aswell out of the 6 pieces I had 4 of them didn't taste right and felt rubbery or something ending spitting one out 😅 if I ever come again probably just the sandwich by itself and order more condiments
