I asked for black beans elderly lady put pinto beans as she was scooping it up I said “ no no no no no” repeatedly after she placed the beans she looked at me DUMB and said “you said brown” and shrugged her shoulders even tho I said black she looked clearly annoyed and angry at me and I felt like an unwelcome so i said it was fine also due to the fact that I am quiet person by nature turns it pinto tastes so bad, Cant eat this and she was really stingy with the protein tried only eating the protein only found like 7 bites do better chipotle Hialeah

I guess because I don't speak Spanish I don't deserve good customer service. Glenny just slid my food to me and gave me the most disgusting look after I said thank you. Hey one thing I don't do is judge people or discriminate against anyone because I work in the service industry. But the treatment I get evwrytime I come to this location leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the brand. And sadly it's the same thing at cfa next door. If your not Spanish they treat you like crap.... management needs to check the people at the register because that's the last point of contact for customers to either

so i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was at the bottom. when i went to my car it kept dripping so i went back in and the lack of customer service was disgusting. cant do the minimal of packing food right. as a person who works mornings i am exhausted and this completely ruined my day. cant even enjoy fast food anymore. but atleast the manager helped me with redoing my order. and when i got my order again it was still all sloppy. but i guess thank you

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I had a great experience here! The staff were very polite, quick, and efficient. Food quality is great and on par with standard chipotles. Would recommend!
